When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive your tickets in the next few minutes, at least 10 minutes before the selected visit time.
Is it possible to change the time of the tickets or cancel the reservation?
No, currently it is not possible to make changes or cancellations.
How far in advance do I have to be at the Sagrada Família?
You must arrive at least 15 minutes in advance, and once the reservation time is reached, you will have a maximum of 15 minutes to access. If you have chosen a ticket with Towers or Guided Tour, you must enter the Sagrada Família between 15-45 minutes before the selected time. On your tickets you will see the definitive time of entry to the basilica.
Is there any discount on the ticket price?
Currently we only offer discounts on tickets for groups of more than 10 people.
